Born and raised in Mildura on a citrus and table grape property, Mark gained a grounded perspective of the Australian horticultural industry. 

Mark studied a Bachelor of Business Administration before commencing work in the Fresh Produce Industry.  Starting out primarily in the Logistics area as shift manager of a large DC Mark later went on to DC Operations Manager.  More recently Mark has held management positions as CEO - Table Grape Growers Association and General Manager – Premier Fruits.

Today, and with over 20 years experience across all facets of the Fresh Produce industry, Mark heads up our International Trading Division as one of Coles leading importers, sourcing premium product from around the world.

Mark current sits on the PMA Fresh Forums task force.
