After completing schooling in Mackay, David relocated to Townsville to study a Bachelor of Commerce.

David now has almost 20 years experience in the produce industry with extensive experience in retail buying and marketing, managing the procurement and marketing of fresh fruit commodities.

David joined the Carter & Spencer team in the Brisbane wholesale markets in 1995 in sales and procurement.  Being a current Assistant Business Manager, David's current role is to assist in the management of the Group's Packing and Logistcs facility along with managing some of our key retail accounts.
